Elemental Group’s project POLVOLT has been recognized as key projects essential to the EU’s vision for critical raw materials

The European Commission has released its first-ever list of strategic projects in EU history to help achieve independence from imports of rare earth elements. This list features 47 projects, including POLVOLT by Elemental Group.

The Polvolt project, led by Elemental Battery Metals, aims to establish a state-of-the-art facility for producing critical raw materials, including lithium, cobalt, manganese, nickel, and copper. These essential elements are vital for battery manufacturing and play a significant role in the renewable energy sector. The project supports Europe’s transition to sustainable energy solutions and strengthens the regional supply chain for electromobility.
