Elemental Group with the ZIELONY ORZEŁ „RZECZPOSPOLITEJ” award

Elemental Group has been honored with the ZIELONY ORZEŁ „RZECZPOSPOLITEJ” (Green Eagle) award in the COMPANY category. 

Editorial team and the jury recognized us for our „innovative idea, the implementation of which helps protect the environment, specifically for making business out of recovering rare materials from urban waste, i.e., the idea of urban mining.” Our commitment to becoming a global leader in sourcing and sustainable recovery of strategic elements, such as platinum group metals, copper, gold, silver, and lithium in an environmentally friendly manner, has been acknowledged.
 
„We can recover many valuable metals from household appliances, and metal recovery for the economy helps us take care of the environment,” said Sylwester Puczen, Head of Communications at Elemental Group, while receiving the award.

It’s worth noting that only two companies were recognized for their overall eco-friendly activities, and besides Elemental Group, the award went to IKEA Retail.
 
For the fourth time, „Rzeczpospolita” has awarded individuals, companies, and local governments that effectively contribute to the broad protection of the environment. Those who sensibly lead the energy transformation, present responsible business development towards nature, and introduce innovations on a global scale were recognized.
