At the moment, in order to achieve synergies and economies of scale, we focus on asset consolidation and the exchange of know-how within the Group. Development of expected financial ratios in connection with the recapitalization and operational synergies is the perspective for 2018. However, we do not exclude further acquisitions - we are constantly looking at foreign markets because there are places on the map where we would like to mark our presence. Western Europe is among our places of interest and we will focus on it now. It is a very competitive market, but with lots of used automotive catalysts as well as electronic printed circuit boards planned for recycling. We want to be an active and important player here” – says Paweł Jarski, President of the Management Board of Elemental Holding SA.
