Elemental Holding SA is a leading Polish group operating in the recycling and recyclable material trading industry and a top supplier of recyclable material for metalworks and foundries all over the country. It runs its operations using recycling facilities located in Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Turkey and Middle East countries as well as a net of scrap purchasers distributed all over Poland.

The Holding mainly specialises in trading in and processing non-ferrous metals a as well as electronic circuits. The Group currently comprises ten companies: Syntom SA, Tesla Recycling, Terra Recycling, EMP Recycling, Metal Holding, Evciler, PGM Group, Kat-Metal, AWT Recycling and Platinium MM.

  • Syntom SA – the company deals in recycling non-ferrous metals. The company also provides comprehensive solutions for purchasing, transporting and trading recycled steel and non-ferrous metals. Syntom has extensive logistical equipment and facilities, namely several dozen self-loading trucks, a few hundred containers and 30 purchasing sites throughout the country. In 2016, the Group generated over PLN 50.76 million of net profit and revenues of PLN 1 009.71 million.

From July 2012 to December 2013, Elemental Holding SA shares were listed on the NewConnect market in Warsaw.

On 18 December 2013, the Group moved its listings to the regulated WSE market.
