Paweł Jarski – Management Board President
Paweł Jarski graduated from Kozminski University, his speciality being IT in Management and Human Resource Management. He is also a scholarship holder of Helsinki School of Economics (Finland) and Jonkoping Business School (Switzerland) where he studied business management related fields.
Between 2001 and 2003, Mr. Paweł Jarski conducted his business activity consisting in providing IT services to companies and simultaneously worked as a project manager in several companies with foreign capital.
Between 2004 and 2010, as a co-owner and the Management Board President, he managed SYNERGIS Sp. z o.o. company, which in its third year of operations in Poland became the leader in the waste electrical and electronic equipment collection and treatment market and a major company in the non-ferrous metals trading and recycling market. Moreover, between 2008 and 2010, as the management board president, he managed SYNERGIS Electrorecycling SA and Electro-System SA, until the companies were sold to a sector investor. In 2010, after selling SYNERGIS Sp. z o.o. to another sector investor, Mr. Jarski performed a function of a Managing Director at Tesla Recycling SA, whose core business was recycling and management of rare metals. He worked at Tesla Recycling SA until March 2011, when he took up the post of the Management Board President at Elemental Holding SA. Elemental Holding SA is now the owner of Tesla Recycling SA.
In the fourth quarter of 2011, as the Management Board President of Elemental Holding SA, he took over SYNTOM SA with its seat in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, thus creating one of the biggest entities dealing with trade and recycling of non-ferrous metals in Poland. In 2012, he successfully introduced Elemental Holding Company on the New Connect market, and in 2013 the company's quotations were transferred to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The funds raised from the issue financed the acquisition of Terra Recycling SA - the leader in the processing of waste electrical and electronic equipment on the Polish market.
In 2014 - 2016, as the President of Elemental Holding S.A. Management Board, he completed acquisitions of the following companies
EMP Lithuania (51%),
Metal Holding Slovakia (67%),
Evciler Turkey (51%),
Kat Metal Finland (51%)
All Waste Trading UK (51%)
and Polish ones - PGMG (51%), changing Elemental Holding S.A. into one of the leading entities on the metal and electronics recycling market in Europe.
In 2015, he became a laureate of Parkiet magazine award for ten best young managers of companies listed at the Stock Exchange (Młode Wilki Giełdy). In 2015 edition of WIG80-group company presidents' ranking of Business Harvard Review, he won 7th place.

On 17 December 2016, he was elected President of the Polish Triathlon Federation. On 7 February he was elected Member of the Polish Olympis Committee Executive Board – from the list of Polish Olympic Sport Federations.
In Elemental Holding S.A. he is responsible for the development directions and strategies of Elemental Holding group, supervising directly the operating activity of subsidiaries' management boards.
Anna Kostro - Management Board Member
Anna Kostro has a PhD title in agricultural sciences in the field of agronomy, obtained in the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Warsaw. In 2011 she graduated also from a postgraduate course in Kozminski University in Warsaw, majoring in Finance Management.
Anna Kostro has extensive experience at managerial positions in companies dealing with environmental protection. In 2002 she was a sales executive and a Management Board Member in Operat Recykling Sp. z o.o. In 2005-2006 she was an inspector and acting customer service manager in MZO Pruszków Sp. z o.o.
In 2006-2007 she was a sales executive in Synergis Sp. z o.o. where she was accountable e.g. for creating the sales department structures and soliciting new customers and vendors. Later, in 2008-2009 she was a sales executive in Synergis Electrorecycling S.A. where she was responsible e.g. for reorganising the sales department structures and soliciting many new vendors for the company.
Since 2010, she has been a co-author of Elemental Holding Group success, managing the companies belonging to it. In 2010-2016, after Terra Recycling S.A., a leader in the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment in Poland, founded and managed by her, entered Elemental Holding Group, she has still been the Management Board President. From 2013 to 2016 she was also Management Board President in the general partner of Tesla Recycling Sp. z o.o. S.K.A., a leading entity on the Polish market, recycling chips and PCBs as well as electrical and electronic waste. In December 2016 she resigned from both these functions as she was appointed Management Board Member in Elemental Holding S.A.

Marta Rutkowska - Management Board Member
Marta Rutkowska has an MSc in the field of food processing, majoring in food industry engineering and material science, obtained at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in Warsaw. In 2010 she graduated also from MBA course in the Business School at the Warsaw University of Technology, obtaining the MA title in management.
Developing her management competencies, in 2006 she graduated also from a post-graduate course in practical social psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
She holds certificates and licences in the field of project management (PRINCE 2 Practitioner), process optimisation (Lean management), management of quality, environment protection, OH&S and corporate social responsibility systems (auditor of ISO standards and other international sector-specific standards).
She started her career in 1997 in McCormick/Kamis SA as a laboratory analyst and quality controller.
In 1998-2014 she occupied medium- and high-level managerial positions in manufacturing companies in FMCG sector and professional B2B services, being fully accountable for the financial result at the management board level for the last 10 years. Or more specifically: in 2001-2002 she was a product manager and marketing manager for Acco Brands Polska, in 2002-2004 she was a logistics, marketing and export manager for ZPC Flis, in 2005-2007 a Managing Director for GM-Sweets, w in 2007-2014 she occupied various positions in Bureau Veritas including e.g. Regional Project Manager for CEE, managing director of the Polish subsidiary, deputy managing director for North-Eastern Europe, director of the operating centre for North-Easter Europe. For a short time in 2014, she was RIX AG partner for Poland.
She has a long experience in operating process optimisation and strategic management of project in the international environment. She has completed numerous acquisitions and restructuring of companies.

On 19 December 2016 she was appointed to the Management Board where she continues the said duties.
Michał Zygmunt - Member of the Management Board in charge of Investment and Supervision of Foreign Companies
Mr. Michał Zygmunt is a legal advisor. He graduated from the Law Faculty of the Jagiellonian University. In 2016, he started Executive International MBA studies at the Cracow Business School at the Cracow University of Economics and in Gallen Businees School (Switzerland).
He started his professional career in 2001 in Can-Pack S.A. as the Legal Department Director. Then from 2005 to 2014, he was the President of the Management Board of POL-AM-PACK S.A. and led the development of the glass packaging division within the CAN-PACK Group in Poland and India. He was in charge of a number of investment projects in the manufacturing sector, including construction of a modern glassworks in Orzesz, a greenfield project –construction of a modern glassworks in Aurangabad, India, and construction of a beverage can factory in the Middle East.
Mr. Michał Zygmunt is a manager experienced in managing large companies, each with a sales volume of at least tens of millions of euros and several hundreds of employees. In addition, in his professional career he managed high-value investment projects in the manufacturing sector (three factory construction or expansion projects, each with a budget of several hundred million zlotys) and with a large project team. Mr. Michał Zygmunt has thorough knowledge in corporate finance, tax regulations, civil law, labor law, environmental protection and legal regulations relevant to the activity of companies in Poland.
Since 2015, he has been running his own advisory business, implementing similar investment and structuring processes within the framework of interim cooperation.
